丰田公司出尔反尔 拒绝赔偿中国召回汽车车主

次经济补偿召回车主的梦想只维持了两天就成为泡影。一汽丰田汽车销售有限公司总经理松木秀明在接受媒体采访时表示，将针对中国RAV4车主推出一个“三选一”的免费检测服务，除此之外，不会对召回车辆车主(包括浙江地区)给予额外的经济赔偿。


 

否认补偿中国车主

松木秀明还表示，目前已在全国召回63367辆RAV4，进展率达到84%，争取4月之内能够完成此次召回；已经预订RAV4的客户，若想退车可获全额定金返还。

3月29日，浙江省工商局表示，一汽丰田方面对其提出的制定时间表、上门召回、提供代步车、允许全额退还定金和补偿经济损失五项要求均表示接受。松木秀明的这番表态，无疑否认了3月29日浙江省工商局发布的丰田将经济补偿RAV4车车主的信息。

对美国车主更“厚道”

丰田这次针对召回车车主的服务，和美国市场相比，存在不小的差别。

在美国市场，早在 2月26日，丰田就承诺对召回汽车的车主提供额外的服务，包括以下几个方面：尽量缩短维修的时间；提供“上门召回”服务，由经销商代表取回和还回被召回车辆；提供车辆送车主到经销商处或者送其去上班；如车主不能或不愿驾驶自己的车，在合理期限内为车主租车或提供乘坐出租车的补偿。
