昨日，记者从成都市统计局获悉，备受关注的《2009年成都市国民经济和社会发展统计公报》日前已出炉，统计数据显示，去年成都市的私人汽车突破百万辆，较2008年增加了三成多，同时越来越多的股民开始入市淘金，去年成都市新增证券投资者11万人，大约每10名成都市民中就有一人炒股、开私车。

　　民营经济占GDP比重过半

　　统计公报指出，去年成都市国民经济形势总体实现较快回升，各项社会事业建设取得新的进展。

　　GDP经初步核算，去年全市实现地区生产总值(GDP)4502.6亿元，同比增长14.7%；全年民营经济实现增加值2389.1亿元，同比增长17.1%，占全市GDP的比重为53.1%。

　　从业去年末，全市从业人员为729.5万人，较2008年末增加25万人，其中城镇从业人员为409.5万人。全年城镇新增就业13.9万人，年末城镇登记失业率为3.0%。

　　人均可支配收入去年成都市城市居民人均可支配收入18659元，增长10.1%；年末城乡居民储蓄存款余额4234亿元，增长25.4%。

　　新增私车大约27万辆

　　据统计，去年年末，成都市共拥有各种机动车235.9万辆，较2008年增长21.7%。其中私车拥有量首次突破百万辆大关，共拥有私人汽车109.8万辆，较2008年末增长32.6%。去年成都市新增私车大约27万辆，增长速度创下近几年新高。“这主要与车购税优惠政策有关。”成都市国税局有关负责人分析认为。据统计，去年我市仅受理排量1.6升以下的车购税申报车辆就超过20万辆。根据全市户籍总人口计算，相当于每10名成都市民中就有一人驾有私车。

　　记者从各地公布的统计公报数据了解到，2009年末，北京私车拥有量300.3万辆，上海是85.19万辆，而广州市暂未公布数据。成都市将继续巩固全国私车“第三城”的排名。

　　证券投资者增加11万人

　　统计显示，截至去年末，成都市的证券投资者186万人，增加11万人。据悉，去年全年成都推荐5家公司上市，融资33.4亿元，较2008年增长4.2倍。而证券从业人员也大幅增长，年末全市证券从业人员3406人，同比增长36.8%。

　　同时，统计公报还称，去年年末全市户籍人员1139.6万人，较2008年末增加14.7万人；常住人口1286.6万人，增加16.0万人。据了解，去年全市炒股市民大约有111万人，相当于每10名成都市民中就有一人在炒股。
